ACCESS TO COMMUNITY GIS VIA iPHONE, iPAD, AND ANDRIOD DEVICES . . .

iPhone/iPad
Using the iTunes store on your iPhone/iPad, search "ArcGIS".  The application should be the first result returned and is free.  Install and open it.  Click the "Find Maps" button in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.  Click the magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to search for maps.  Type "Southern Tier West" in the search bar.  Your first result will be "Community GIS".  Tap the title to open the map immediately, or tap the blue arrow icon to begin the process of adding the map to your favorites.  Once in the Map Details page, click the "share" button in the upper right-hand corner and choose "Add to Favorites".  Go back to the "Find Maps" screen; now under "My Favorites" you will see "Community GIS".  Simply tap - - and enjoy!

Andorid
Using the Android Market on your Android device, search "ArcGIS".  The application should be the first result returned, and is free.  Install and open it.  Click the "Find Maps" button in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.  Click the magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner of the screen for maps.  Type "Southern Tier West" in your search bar.  Your first result will be "Community GIS".  Tap the map icon to select the viewer.  Click "View Map" to go right to the viewer or click "Favorites" to add the map to your favorites.  "Community GIS" is ready to be used.
